John 8:12 - Again Jesus spoke to them saying, "I am the light of the world.  Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness but will have the light of life."

Matthew 11:28-30—“Come to me, all you that are weary and are carrying heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.  Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me; for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.  For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”

Job 19:25-26—For I know that my Redeemer lives, and that at the last he will stand upon the earth; and after my skin has been thus destroyed, then in my flesh I shall see God.

John 10:10 - The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy.  I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly.

Matthew 25:34-37—“Then the king will say to those at his right hand, ‘Come, you that are blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world; for I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, I was naked and you gave me clothing, I was sick and you took care of me, I was in prison and your visited me.’”

Deuteronomy 6:4-5—Hear, O Israel:  The Lord is our God, the Lord alone.  You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your might.

Joel 2:13 - Return to the Lord, your God, for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love, and relents from punishing.

Psalm 51:10 - "Create in me a clean heart, O God, and put a new and right spirit within me."
